California Women for Agriculture BBQ Lunch
The California Women for Agriculture will be at Farmers’ West Flowers & Bouquets during the tour serving a delicious BBQ lunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm. Lunch will include a 10” local beef tri tip sandwich with salsa bar and salad for $10.
A boxed lunch will also be available at the following locations: Myriad Floral (@ Padaro Floral), Ever-bloom, Westland Floral and Westerlay Orchids. The boxed lunch will be prepared by the California Women for Agriculture and will include a 6” trip tip sandwich with salsa and chips and a cookie.
Future Farmers of America
Students from the Future Farmers of America program at Carpinteria High School will be selling the butter lettuce and tomato plants at Farmers’ West Flowers and Bouquets all day. The products they are selling are grown by the students themselves and all proceeds will help fund the continuation of the program at the Carpinteria High School.
Howard School Beverages & Bake Sale
The Howard School will be providing coffee, sodas, beer and wine at Farmers’ West Flowers & Bouquets during the tour. In addition, the students will be selling baked goods. All proceeds will contribute to the school’s fundraising.
